The Kodak Portra 160 VC is a color negative film. The VC in the name of the film stands for Vivid Color. Like the Portra 160 NC, it is well suited for portrait photography. However, it delivers more vivid colors than the NC variant. The sensitivity is specified as ISO 160.

The color film is developed using the C-41 process.

Kodak has discontinued production of the Portra 160 VC. It was available for 35mm, medium format and large format cameras. It was replaced and the Portra 160 NC by the Portra 160.
